About Me

I live in Coastal Georgia, right outside of Savannah in the city of Rincon where my husband, Bill, is the Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church.  We have two preschool kitties — Callie Roo and Sherlock.  Well, Sherlock is preschool anyway — I guess Callie Roo is in the 4th grade.  :)   I am a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and the Executive Administrative Assistant for Goodwill Industries of the Coastal Empire, Inc.

As a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I currently teach approximately 50 people the art of creating handmade greeting cards.  Now … these arent the cards that you made in kindergarten.  The are professionally done with rubber stamps, inks, layers … you name it, we do it.  I even take custom orders.  They way I describe the range of what I do is … "if you can "think" of it, I can create it.

My husband, Bill, is the Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church in Rincon, Georgia.  Our faith plays a larger role in everything we do.  Before I signed up as a demonstrator with Stampin' Up!, I developed a passion for creativity.  After about 5 years of earnest prayer, I felt God leading in this direction in my life.  He has truly blessed — within the first year of my association with Stampin' Up! I achieved the title of "Rising Star", which means I was in the top 15 new demonstrators in the country.  God is so good!

As you will see in some of my posts, we participate in "Love Out Loud" every year.  Through this ministry, my cusstomers and I have made about 500 cards for people who are homebound, patients and staff in the local retirement center and nursing homes.  And in 2011, we made about 500 cards for men and women serving in the United States Military.

This is a huge ministry for me that has touched thousands of lives in the 3 short years that I've been blessed to be a part of it.  It is mind-boggling that God chooses to use us to make a difference in His world.  So … thanks for stopping by.  It is my prayer that God will bless you abundantly in everything you do.

In His love and mine!!
